 Step 1. Open your phone or laptop’s browser and go to our website by clicking this link. Register using your active mobile number or email address. Don’t forget to check our terms and conditions to proceed. 

Step 2.  Verify Your Mobile Number or Email Address
Enter the 6-digit verification code that has been sent to your registered mobile number via SMS or to your email inbox. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the code. If you haven’t received it within a few minutes, click “Resend Code” to request a new one.

Step 3.  Fill out our application form, including your desired loan amount and tenure, then click “Register” at the end of Step 3. Upon completion, expect an SMS with your unique application code. This code, along with your last name, will be your credentials on your next logins. No need to go back to step 1. 

Step 4.  Upload your most recent selfie or use the camera to take a clear picture on a plain background with your full face visible. Avoid accessories that cover your face such as eyeglasses, mask, hats, etc..

Step 5. Enter your additional personal and employment details accurately. Before saving, carefully review all the information to ensure it is complete and correct. Double-checking your details helps prevent delays and ensures a smooth processing of your loan application.

Step 6. Our loan officers will contact you to verify your details and assist you with the next steps of our online process. We will call you within the day but allow us up to 48 hours for applications submitted after working hours. After the call, you will be asked to provide your co-borrower's personal information and upload the requirements through our online platform. 

Step 7. Once you’ve submitted all the required documents, our dedicated loan officers will carefully review your application. Upon approval, your loan proceeds will be disbursed either in cash or via check at one of our designated branches. You and your co-borrower will be invited to visit the branch to complete the final steps and receive your funds smoothly and securely.

In addition to our streamlined online application process, our newest online platform allows you to conveniently access your loan details, review payment history, and track upcoming payment schedules from the comfort of your home.  Simply use your Loan Code and Last Name as login credentials. Please note that each loan code begins with specific letters corresponding to the 1 2 3 Finance branch: FIN for Manila; OW for Cebu; ILO for Iloilo; DVO for Davao; and CDO for Cagayan De Oro. Make sure to include these initials for successful login.
