HOW WE STARTED
2013
1 2 3 brand started in Cebu, obtaining a license from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to offer non-collateral personal loans to land-based and sea-based overseas Filipino workers.
2014
We opened a new branch in Manila.
2015
We entered the financing and lending market in Cagayan de Oro.
2018
• This year, we strengthened our credibility by securing a license from the SEC to operate as a financing company under the business name 1 2 3 Finance Corporation.
• We founded another SEC-licensed financing company named Budget Finance Corporation, restructuring our newly built CDO and Davao branches to be registered under this new business.
• 1 2 3 Finance Corporation expanded its activities, offering personal loans to aspiring OFWs in Iloilo.
2019
• We founded a new SEC-licensed financing company named ABC Finance Corporation, restructuring our Cebu branch to be registered under this corporation.
• All three finance companies were consolidated and registered to trade under the name 1 2 3 Finance Group.
2023
Year of strong growth for 1 2 3 Finance Group amid recovery from pandemic.
2024
This year, we are innovating our application process with the introduction of our website portal, providing our clients with a seamless and convenient experience right from the comfort of their own homes.
2025
We opened our Bacolod branch to meet the growing demand for financing solutions among aspiring Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), especially in the Negros Island Region.
