To make sure we give our clients the best possible experience, we’re currently focusing on offering Personal Loan to land-based OFWs, both first time and returning.
You can start your OFW personal loan application by visiting any of our branch offices. Our friendly and professional staff will guide you through the process, assist with requirements, and answer any questions you may have.
Once we receive your complete documents we can approve your loan within 1 day. In some cases we may get in touch with you to confirm details or ask for additional information.
We offer various payment solutions to help you get back on track with your financial obligations, subject to our terms and conditions. All you need to do is email us at collection@123finance.ph or call our Collection Department during working hours (PH time).
You may reloan if you have 2 months or less remaining on your current loan and have a good payment history. If approved, the outstanding balance will be deducted from your new loan amount before disbursement.
Existing clients with ending loan and good payment history may continue to avail of our loan service.
To increase your chances of getting fast loan approval, we recommend having a co-borrower from your close family circle, such as your spouse, siblings, in-laws, parents, or trusted friends. Opting for someone from your immediate family is the best choice to get fast loan approval.
We recommend the following proof of billing: electric, water, internet, or postpaid plan. The address on your proof of billing should match exactly with the address stated on your valid ID.
We understand that there may be a valid reason why your payment will be delayed. If you can't pay on time, it is important that you let us know as soon as possible. When possible, you may be asked to provide supporting documents. Our collection officers will assess your request and may waive penalties or allow you to make a partial payment for one month without penalties in some cases. Your request will be more likely to be favorable if you have consistently paid your loan on time prior to your request.
For clients paying through the Bills Payment facility within Gcash or BDO, send us your payment receipt on our Facebook Page (1 2 3 Finance Corporation with blue badge) for verification. Posting of payments will be within 24 hours but allow us up to 48 hours in case of unforeseen technical issues. A text message (SMS) confirmation from our company will be sent to you as soon as the payment is confirmed.
You may check your remaining balance and payment history thru our online platform at https://online.123finance.ph/. Just use your Last Name and Loan Code as your log in credentials. Access your account anytime, anywhere you are in the world.
Please contact our Telecollectors at each branch. You can find their mobile numbers in the Payments Guide given to you during the contract signing, or visit our branches page to reach out to the designated telecollector for each branch. Make sure to keep your receipt or proof of payment ready for quick assistance from our Telecollectors.
You can check the status of your loan application by logging in to our website. Simply use your Application Code and Last Name as your login credentials. You may also reach out to us through our social media pages or contact our processing team directly using the numbers listed at https://123finance.ph/contact-us.

Our SMS payment reminders are automatically sent to help clients stay on track with their loan payments. If you made your payment via overseas remittance to our BDO account, please note that it may take 2–3 banking days for the payment to be posted to your account. During this processing period, you may still receive automated reminders. To avoid this, we recommend making your payment at least three (3) days before your due date to allow sufficient time for posting and to prevent reminder notifications from being triggered. You may also send us a copy of your payment receipt immediately after completing your payment so we can record it in our system as soon as possible. If your payment has already been posted and you are still receiving reminders, please contact our Collection Team for assistance.
